Pisco Sour

          This is one of the best drinks I've ever drunk! Its origin is not accurate. Both Chile and Peru claim for its creation. It takes basically Pisco, lemon, sugar and egg white. But it's a good idea to add a few drops of "Martini"... The secret, in my opinion, is to use a blender in the end of the mixing, because, so, the egg white will generate that delicious foam that you see at the picture.
